At Nickel Energy we try and make the warranty process as simple as possible. We come to you and look after your warranty claims, from start to finish. We offer a 7 year warranty on workmanship and 10 year warranty on mounting frames. Depending on which solar panels and inverters are right for you there are manufacturer warranties available.

Panels

Universal: 30 yrs on output of at least 80%, 10 yrs on materials (no warranty on glass)
Q-Cells: 25 yrs on output of at least 80%, 10 yrs on materials (no warranty on glass)
Sunpower: 25 yrs on output of at least 80%, 10 yrs on materials (no warranty on glass)

Inverters

Kaco Powador: 7 yrs Power One Aurora: 5 yrs with an option to purchase a 10yr warranty for additional cost,
SMC SMA/Sunny Boy: 5 yrs. If you purchase this inverter with Sunpower panels the warranty is 10 yrs.
