This Federal Government program offers grants to schools of up to $50,000 (GST exclusive) to allow generation of electricity from renewable sources, improve energy efficiency, adapt to climate change and provide educational benefits for schools and their communities. To obtain the full grant, a minimum sized grid connected solar system of 2kW must be installed. Larger solar systems may also be installed.
